Development Corporation). The RAND Corporation operates the RAND Graduate
School, the world's leading producer of Ph.D.s in policy analysis. The
School's alumni can be found in government, business, nonprofit
organizations, and academia. In the Graduate Student Summer Associate
Program, outstanding students conduct short-term independent research within
the framework of an ongoing RAND project and are mentored by a staff member.
Several individual research divisions also offer pre- and post-doctoral
