CITIO - Center for Informaion Technologies and Information Services (Bulgarian abreviation) founded by Dr. Stephen Drazhev on the base on University Computer Center in 1985. During the 1985-1989 CITIO is the National Center for Advanced Technologies in Higher Education; coordinator of national and international (ECMEA) projects. One of the very popular and wide recognized international project is the Courseware for BBA training (1989).
